Horrid flat; one of the kitchens was completely nonfunctional upon moving in, the furniture was ugly and cheap and some partially broken, multiple beds were broken upon moving in, the walls were extremely thin and the bottom floor was constantly freezing cold due to lack of insulation. One room had simply jumble of chairs with the price stickers still on them and a bare lightbulb hanging from the ceiling. Various panels on the walls were prone to falling off and the upstairs bathroom door looked like it had had a hole punched in it by a previous tenant. Later in the year it became apparent that the entire downstairs bathroom was structurally unsound due to the toilet being built on top of a rotting piece of wood.

5 full size rooms but one had no bed when we moved in, mouldy and broken kitchen. Disgusting carpets and broken beds. Smell and mould throughout house. Broken wardrobes in most rooms. Above funeral home so smells like formaldehyde. £600 per person per month. Kitchen is tiny. Drains are broken throughout entire house so toilet and shower always fill up.
