PROPERTY IS : FLAT 3 STONE LODOn first view inside looked nice it was a newly newly renovated flat from an old gym,however it was put together now even cheap deals by cowboys! The property soon started to deteriorate; tiles cracked in bathroom shower leaked roof leaked and fell through in to the bathroom ceiling crumbled sink leaked,no plumbing for a washer had to pay £110 to get pipes fitted.
Damp mouldy.
Underfloor heating costing nearly £200 a month in cold weather.
Environmental health took over eventually.
