Giant property were great. We had a problem with tenants dropping out in the beginning and they were patient with us with that. They were very quick with all repairs. They did try to fine us for some damage that was already present in the house when we moved in. however when presented with photos proving this, they immediately dropped these fines.

Great open living room/kitchen. 6 decent sized rooms. Due to the size of the house it was quite hard to heat in winter months. The main problem was severe mould on the downstairs floor, which recurred after multiple repair attempts and made the bedroom on that floor uninhabitable.

Area rating
Close to Queens and UUJ bus. Also close to the Hatfield, which was great but also meant it was very loud on Sunday and Tuesday nights. This house is in the holylands so there’s some noise but nothing terrible.
