Any work we asked to be carried out was delayed. When the work was performed it was carried out poorly. Corresponding with him through the agent took longer than it should have.

The agent was JBrown East. The person we corresponded with was polite and professional, but lacked the ability to get the landlord to do the work we had agreed before moving in. As such, we were forced into a position where we had to clean the property ourselves.

Property rating
We rented a two bedroom property in Aveley from them. When we received the property the kitchen cupboards/drawers were still broken and the flat hadn't been cleaned. The landlord also hadn't removed the property we had agreed on. Overall a bad experience.
