The best landlord I’ve had. Very communicative if any issues, very flexible, and generally just a lovely guy! Not out for your money or anything which is a nice change from previous landlords I’ve had.

No issues at all with mould or anything like that. A very nice cosy flat for one person (and a dog). Only issue I’d say is the lack of heating and also the electricity bill. But this can be easily fixed by changing from SSE.
Very clean. No freezer though but I think there is one now!

Lovely area and good neighbours. Shops nearby and so many bus routes. Plenty of parking too!
