Very hard to communicate to. At the beginning of our tenancy, due to covid-19, my partner and I, were unable to visit the property, so we agreed to the house remotely. Upon arrival, we didn't know the exact location of the property, and they didn't even show us, so we had to guess which house was ours.
After we moved out, we cleaned everything on our property, but we still got charged with cleaning fees for each tenant.

The property on arrival was really dirty. There was grease all over the kitchen appliances, with a glued spoon to the floor with the amount of dirtyness on the property floor.

Property was close to the University, but +20min walking to the nearest town center. Neighbours were nice and still got issues with the letting agency.
