I've rented from Place Properties for 3 years and have had absolutely no problems at all. Olivia has promptly dealt with any issues that have come up with the property as soon as possible, the only delays have been if a part needed to be ordered for a repair and they have always been within reasonable delivery timeframes!

The property is nice and spacious, with all base furniture provided. I've enjoyed living here a lot!
The only downside is it can get quite cold, but that is due to the building itself being relatively old (as with all houses i've rented in Sheffield) but this can be easily solved with the heaters, although I have made use of some oil heaters instead of convection as they seem to keep the temperature held for longer before being turned back on.

Area rating
Nice place to live, only downsides are parking can be a bit hard to find, though you will almost always find somewhere, and if you are on the main roads, the studens can be loud on friday nights!
