Abysmal client service...urgent repair work requests ignored even after having to call out fire service as water pouring out of light fittings, recommended action by fire service ignored for nearly 12 months and when done inadequate and faulty, electric water pump overworked and leak from tank caused damage to clients personal items as well as property, had to be revisited twice, faulty bathroom door lock, partner stuck in bathroom for nearly an hour
Water leak caused excessive bill into hundreds of pounds and faulty electric pump caused excessive electricity bill over two thousand pounds which my partner was unfairly liable and is now still paying the debt....forced out of property as local village landlady refused to make adjustments to property to enable my disabled partner staircase and bathroom facilities and therefore broke disability law
Property was never redecorated for many years including her time letting, also had habit of arriving for excessive house visits (every 3 months) when not always confirmed beforehand
Would not recommend

Really nice village... didn't want to leave
