Fine to start with but as soon as you say there is an issue that needs repairing he gets nasty. Will make a weak attempt at repairing himself rather than paying an expert. Won't let you even put up a picture even though standard leases let you put them up with certain fixings. Ignores phone and emails. Never available by phone before about 10am but then gets angry if you pay someone in an emergency, eg having to get a locksmith at 6am.
