3 Saint Georges Road

OK/Fair condition, peeling paint and scratches on most walls. Wobbly taps and loose towel rails reported but not fixed whilst we were there (1yr). The building has character, especially the Georgian entryway and bay windows. Very cold, with ancient night-storage heaters. In winter they are impractically expensive to run, and don't do much anyway. Usual British mould - has been easy to keep maintained. Fairly quiet. You can hear talking/footsteps from the flat above, but nothing from below/across the hall. Only one pub in hearing range plays loud music on occasional weekends, and it's quiet by 11. Pets and hanging photos not allowed.
