Our Landlord Vears, were invisible, broke S11 of the 1984 Landlord and tenant act multiple times, one occasion they had entered without our knowledge via keys. The law states they tenants must approve access arrangements at least 24hours prior. which they had failed to do on multiple occasions. When confronted Sandy's excuse was "don't like it, leave"
Customer Service was awful, however when our heating had busted in the winter, their engineers were amazing and had fixed the issue promptly. Such a shame overall experience for the 3 years i had been there because i did love the flat.
