Our Landlord Vears, were invisible, broke S11 of the 1984 Landlord and tenant act multiple times, one occasion they had entered without our knowledge via keys. The law states they tenants must approve access arrangements at least 24hours prior. which they had failed to do on multiple occasions. When confronted Sandy's excuse was "don't like it, leave"
Customer Service was awful, however when our heating had busted in the winter, their engineers were amazing and had fixed the issue promptly. Such a shame overall experience for the 3 years i had been there because i did love the flat.

The property was nice and cozy, 2 bedroom. Ours was a balcony flat with two other flats below us, giving off a house feeling. The living room and kitchen combo was useful to watch your favourite shows while cooking. bedrooms were fair in size but could be bigger. toilet and storage areas were small.

Headley Lane is a sought after area, Rent Prices are high and so is council tax. neighbours are friendly and there is shops and schools nearby that would benefit almost anyone.
i have moved and stayed in this area for what it brings to the table
