A compulsive liar. Mr Elliot shows no concern for his tenants allowing a psychotic tenant with severe personality disorder to live at the property I rented after said tenant had a psychotic episode where said tenant stabbed himself in the stomach over Christmas 2016. Lied about conditions in the house prior to moving in and withheld statutory information. Frequently breaks tenancy laws with little regard for the law.

The worst. Owner threatened me in a pub after I dared to complain about a psychologically disturbed tenant who stabbed himself after seeing ''Vampires'' in the property. Refused to move the dangerous tenant on and disturbingly harassed a female tenant. Due to be prosecuted and sued for breach of a number of housing regulations and illegal eviction. Long overdue I would say.

It was cold, bare, repairs were never carried out. The place was inhabited by personality disordered, druggy thieves. The smell of weed reeked the house out and there were people using the outside as a toilet. Owner would become petulant whenever complaints about the property were made.
