Didn't see loads of him, but when he did he was incredibly friendly and helpful. He quickly sorted things out in the property when asked.

Friendly, but very slow to respond to things, and often dropped the ball on maintenance issues. You'd email or phone them, and occasionally they'd forget to respond, or they'd tell you they'd pass on your concerns to the Landlord, but then never follow up to tell you what the Landlord had said.

Really well done up property. Newly renovated in 2015/16. Clearly redone with care and thoughtfulness. The work was largely undertaken by the Landlord, so he clearly took pride in his work. The only slight issue is that one of the adjoining neighbours fences has fallen down (the one adjoining this property), and though that fence belongs to the neighbour, it would be nice if the Landlord undertook to simply build a fence on the side of this property.

Really some of the friendliest people we've had the pleasure of having as our neighbours. The neighbourhood in general was also quite quiet and safe feeling. Sometimes our parking space was taken by the Jehovah's Witnesses on the corner when they were having their meetings, but that was only a minor annoyance.
