Stroud Property Management in Southampton

Stroud Property Management has worked for the landlord and they have been absolutely disgusting after my pointperson left the company (probably realised how big of a scam they are), they have tryed to reduce my deposit after moving out claiming theres damage to the flat in ways that could not have been avoided as due to very poor keep-up the flat is essentially falling apart before my eyes, plumbing is terrible, taps are dripping water causing scale (which they tried to claim for cleaning), the ceilings and walls have mould on them, there are rats in the building in between the ceiling and the roof. Its an absolute zoo!! Also when moving out of this property expect to get a long list of damages they have made up just to scam you for as much money as they can, as most of them have been previously set up for you to fail at so they have a reason to charge you!
STAY AWAY FROM STROUD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!

Stroud couldn't give a flying hoot, due to a misunderstanding I sent the notice in before the end of the month, not that they had to receive it before the end of the month. Following this they said we have to pay another months rent and are not advertising the property which would be the only way for us to get out of the contract. Following all the problems we have had over the tenancy period this is the cherry on the cake, say goodbye to any deposit you give them.
