Same as review about flat, never met somebody this dodgy in my life. Do not rent off Rentinginreading

After moving in I noticed the microwave was still dirty, the bathroom was mouldy, matress was filthy and the storage heater was much worse than I thought. Considering it took months to get a new heater and matress (after many attempts at contact) I had run out of energy to keep calling this rogue landlord about the other problems. The new storage heater wasn't much better and I spent 2 years living in roughly 14 degrees Celsius. He even made it hard to move out by attempting to ignore my notice, essentially trying to trap me in his lease. Do not rent off renting in reading. As a matter of fact you can get better living conditions by committing a crime and going to jail.

Nothing special or bad about the neighborhood. Has a few shops nearby and not far from town.
