At first, she was OK, except a little slow to get things fixed. However, she quickly stopped replying to emails and never answered her phone. Sometimes we would go months without hearing from her. When she finally did get around to fixing the most critical issues, there was no apologies or explanations.

Old and worn, but we knew this when moving in. However, things started breaking quickly after we moved in (Washing machine, boiler, leaking toilet, leaking sink, water flow issues, window locks and we had issues with mold all winter that damaged some of our stuff)

Area review for Minster, Reading

It was very pretty with trees and lawns around the building. Later on, we saw/learned that druggies liked using the area for doing drugs and that they lived in one of the other buildings in the area. That is not something the landlord or agency could do anything about, but if we had known, we would not have moved into the apartment. We found used syringes and dirty mattresses in the area and there was one particular place where the druggies like to do their toilet business - close to the walking path.
