Landlord acts sympathetically to issues raised and communicates quickly, but rarely takes any action. Wifi issues persist for 4 months with no tangible improvement, and went back on agreements made before moving in.

Great kitchen and reasonable rooms for the price, but the wifi is basically unusable (house mates have mostly given up and bought their own 4G router or moved out). Completely unacceptable for student accommodation, especially during COVID online teaching.
