George Bazara - This guy only sees pound signs, take the rent in cash and avoids paying taxes, he comes across as caring and nice, he will do the absolute minimum spending on his rental properties, no cosmetics like painting, old carpets with holes in, moldy houses, constant rent increases way above inflation by 3-4 fold, makes you pay council tax on the whole house if sharing and people move out when it is his liability, he puts it in the contract, only if you sign by law are you liable, also owns number 94, stay away

Not great neighborhood, lot's of loud music from neighbors till very late, dogs barking constantly, lots of non-workers and homeless, traffic noise is constant and traffic fumes are very high
