Never helpful. Pain to get anything fixed. No help for the tenants when dealing with obnoxious neighbours (they actually sided with the neighbours). Overall, terrible experience. Never rent with these people.

3 bedrooms, one of which was a converted living room. No communal space besides the kitchen, which was always freezing. Paper-thin walls with neighbours that would never give you a moments peace. Small and very overpriced.
