They have hidden fees that you discover once you've payed to secure the house and before signing the contract (like fees to get references). They are quite efficient managing the property when you have a problem. But they tried to increase the rent a week before the renewal of the contract and rip us off with the check out making a lot of unfair claims agains our deposit.

Corner terraced house, 2 bedrooms (1 very big, the other not so much) with newish kitchen and bathroom, really cold in winter because have no double glazing.

Pontcanna is an amazing area of Cardiff to live, lots of nice shops and restaurants, next to Llandaff and Pontcanna, and close enough to the city center.
