Flat 3, 92 Connaught Road. Cardiff.
Do not move in to this flat. The walls are paper thin, you can hear anything in the flats next door, you can hear constant creaking floor boards from upstairs. When they run the show upstairs, it sounds like a waterfall on through the previously mentioned inexistent walls.
This flat holds no heat in the winter, and lets it all in during the summer. It's way to expensive for what you get. £500 a month plus bills and tax? Joke. This flat is the worse place I have ever lived, and I spent a year living on other peoples sofas. The neighbours in the building over are all on benefits and play music or abuse each other into the early hours of the morning. Stay away.
