Lovely!! Mick the property manager & Richard the chief repairman (sorry if that's not your job title!) consistently went above and beyond for us. Our oven and tumble dryer both stopped working during the tenancy, and both were replaced without a quibble.
This is the second property that I've rented through MBA, and they have been incredible both times - 100x better than other landlords and agencies I've tried! If I could live my student days again, I'd definitely stick with MBA.

We have contact with Gary at the agency and he's very happy to answer any questions over email or text. However, problems that arise in 2018 are yet to be sorted. Hopefully these can be fixed soon!
