The letting agency was decent as these things go. Pretty quick about minor repairs.
I fessed up to some paint damage and i think ended up paying overthe odds to a mate of the agent to fix it. But that was partly down to my not leaving myself enough time to find an alternative. It's a company so no aggro like you sometimes get from private landlords.
