Unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. They "forgot" to hire a cleaning service when we moved into the flat, forcing us to spend another night in an Airbnb. Their maintenance workers are subpar and inadequately trained (probably because they offer cheap labour). Winkworth's job is to protect landlords and to push them to increase rents as high as possible, causing gentrification in working class neighborhoods, like Arsenal.
