Did not trim huge overgrowth or remove inherited building waste from garden all year despite being told this would happen at the start of the tenancy. Scaffolding still all over the property with no indication what the purpose is or expected removal time despite asking multiple times. Threatened with fines despite irrefutable evidence that damage was already pre-existing; bathroom sink was incorrectly installed and eventually fell off the wall. I had to build a case and fight to prove this was a building issue, not tenant damage as the agency casually dismissed it as. We had no direct contact with the landlord; the network of who owns what or is responsible for what is still unclear. Fire alarm malfunctioned at one point and we were promised an electrician to inspect; this did not happen.
