The agency Earth Property Solutions, is owned and run by the Landlord. he claims to have an extensive team, but he's the only person who ever answers the phone. He has one guy who does maintenance for him, but this is as a sideline to the chaps own self employed work and he doesn't seem to be a big fan of the landlord either.
