Agency fees were astronomical - £300 each. We had a problem with water dripping through our light fittings - it look the agency 2 days to contact the landlord and in the meantime they told us to turn the light off. The great big walking health and safety warning hole in the decking was never fixed. The coving in the hallway was about to fall off and the agency couldn’t care less. They also blamed us for the woodlouse infestation, citing that we should keep the door closed?! The agency also robbed us of our deposit - we used and paid for a cleaning company that they recommended and they still took that cost out of our deposit because they didn’t do a good enough job. Maybe don’t recommend them? We tried to dispute the deposit but did not want to pay court fees on principle. They were also exceptionally rude if we tried to confront or reason with them and were very difficult to get a hold of at some points in our tenancy. Just avoid.
