The agency are a nightmare to deal with; they offer very little help, respond to queries in weeks, no response to requests. When you call them they respond with short answers, very condescending attitude, not very helpful and laugh at their tenants. It feels like a girls club with Sarah A being the worst of the lot.

Some helpful staff, but overall very difficult to deal with. High agency fees. They backed the landlords attitude towards the integral mould problem in the house that was persistent and a structural issue that a tenant could not deal with. Despite us using mould treatment spray keeping the window open in WINTER we still incurred charges for this. This should be illegal.
