The agency was easy to reach. In the beginning it took them more than 3 weeks to fix the heating. They lied to us at first that it is gas and it was electric.
Whenever I needed something they were trying to get rid of me. They new about the damp issue and they advised me to speak directly to the landlord since they were there fixing the flat upstairs. Then they wanted to charge me for the damp and said that I have no evidence of reporting it. Got in the house without notice.
