Howsy (formerly NoAgent) have always been friendly in communications with us, but often it is like talking to a brick wall. Cases frequently get picked up by new people who require massive amounts of explaination in every communication. Issues always got resolved eventually, usually by picking up the phone and not relying on painful email chains.
