Disgusting service. They continuously lied through their teeth and took money for a reservation with no intention of following through. All issues were blamed on an unnamed "landlady", who according to the land registry is the director of Sarah Bath.

Repairs had to be organised by tenants rather than agency. FAILED TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF DEPOSIT PROTECTION DURING TENANCY.

We think our landlord is the owner of our lettings agency but we don't know who our landlord actually is because they have refused to tell us and until now used a false identity. If you aren't concerned by this, read the landlord review
A lot of problems but to sum it up Sarah Bath repeatedly broke the law and failed to respect the most basic of tenant rights. I can't stress enough, DON'T STAY HERE!
