Terrible will never return calls or even answer the phone or return emails
Works are never carried out in a timely manner
The maintenance illegally let themselves into the property and when I had asked that they never returned I was advised that because the landlord was carrying out works I had to deal with who ever they sent
The maintenance had also threatened over the telephone on several occasions commented that I shouldn't walk about my house in shorts an a tshirt
