They try to sort out broken stuff and replace - with the exact same cheap alternative of course, however at end of tenancy they will charge you for cleaning services, damages you didn't know you've had and some extra made up bits. No 24 hours notice given for re-entry and some ridiculous made up rules for cohabiting. They have cleaners coming in weekly but never give you notice when. In terms of privacy is really bad.
