Agency is totally garbage, not only do they prolong every issue as far as they possibly can, they ignore the tenants on purpose, for example our water supply pipe to washing machine broke because the property is in a hideous state, the whole kitchen, and "living room" if you can call 1 sofa a living room got flooded, instead of sending a emergency plumber the agency didn't respond for days, so we had to pay 300 pounds to a plumber for the fix which the agency declined to refund and we had to open up a court case against them.
