Terrible, they don't really give a quack about you. They call if you don't pay the rent, but will not fix issues for as long as possible, and then some. Internet has been terrible for the past 6 months, shower was tripping the electric fuse for 3 months, apparently the smoke and fire alarm are out of date and don't function properly (heard that from the electrician sent to the property) and they need to be replaced. The list go on and on and on and on (just like that song).
