Horrible. Most rude and cunning people you’ll ever meet. Very deceptive. False advertising. Misleading ads. Photos not updated. They will try to convince you to pay the deposit even without seeing the room. In fact, because it’s so difficult to get a room, you don’t even need to be convinced. They TAKE ADVANTAGE of your need and desperation. They will charge you with illegal premium. They will try to get money from you in any form.

Agency is shocking. When you need assistance with anything, they ignore you. The staff are rude and aggressive and every flatmate I have lived with under McMillan have thought the same thing.

agency is the landlord. They claim they send in a cleaner ever day, but if the flat was in any way dirty, including dishes in the sink or on the drying rack, we would get aggressive emails about the flat not being clean enough. If anything is left out, landlord would occasionally come and take/brake himself. cleaner would smoke in our flat, nothing was done about it. Woman that shows flats, misses out all issues, we once got asked questions during a viewing so we asked when the mould would be removed and working fridge installed. Once the viewing was over, the agent showing the flat told us to shut up and to keep quiet if we had nothing positive to say..

The K & D Mcmillan agency staff is just available when you are going to give them money, otherwise for issues related to discomfort or maintenance issues, repairs, etc they don't even reply the emails
