Redfern Property were generally OK to deal with but their repairs operative was difficult. Got extremely angry/rude/upset when I told him I wouldn't let people in for a viewing without 24 hours notice (because of a mistake he made, didn't inform me). Sent an email to the agency complaining about me and telling them he wouldn't speak to me on the phone any more!
