Generally very basic level of service. Was a very stressful sign on process, and they completely failed to mediate during our deposit dispute, greatly increasing the amount of time it took to resolve. Additionally, once we had made our offer (of the asking price) and placed our deposit, we were told that the landlord now considered not accepting us unless we could pay more. I know this is in part the landlords fault, but it still reflects badly on the agent.
