John D. Wood were outright awful at responding to any maintenance issue we ever required attention for. The high turnover rates at their office, I suspect, are reflective of a high-stress and untenable work environment.

I was given wrong move-in inventory report with no inventory clerk present at the property. At the end, the agency refused to accept all the shortfalls that were not listed in the initial report acting like everything were professionally sorted in the first place.
