The house initially appeared to be in good condition, but it was merely a façade. In reality, the house is extensively damaged, with a fresh coat of paint applied to give the illusion of being renovated. Genuine repairs are rarely undertaken, and when they do occur, they tend to be of poor quality, often involving little more than a quick fix and an additional layer of paint.
