Dan the office manager is too creepy for words.
1.
He accesses your room without warning or consent. He then makes up stories that it was for an emergency to try and justify his actions (dodgy).
2.
The Cardiff road property in which i stayed had rats and Dan tries to blame you for his ongoing infestation of rodents by asking if u have snacks in your room.
3.
The owner is also dodgy and blames the area and season for the rats. I was too uncomfortable to use the furniture provided as they left it in the kitchen for all the rodents to crawl on.
4.
He allows people in shared property to bully you, as alot of ppl dont clean up afyer themselvrs in shared living so he is allowing dodgy people who are ghettotostay in his properties and disrupt the peace of working people as he will take money from anybody.
5.
He allows drug usage in his houses such as cannibis. He also doesnt care if people steal from you ie food he ignores all complaints and pretends nothing happened. Had to contact law enforcement to let them know what was happening.
6.
He charged me a fee to clean my room as he said there was some hair behind the bed.
He didnt charge my friend for room cleanibg and i left the place spotless. He also lies that the cleaning ppl work hard at cleaning the bathrooms that is a joke on its own as all they do is dust if your bathroom visually looks clean.

He lies about everything, i implore you not to to book with this agency. If you enjoy good health you willbe sick after living in one of his Cardiff road properties as they are dirty and I have heard the water is toxic to drink. I have seen slugs in the kitchen near the sink this is disgusting.
