Avoid this estate agent like the plague. I was a tenant for 3 years and always paid on time and in full. My biggest complaint are their extortionate fees.
- £190 inventory cost on check out
- £300 referencing fees
- £110 admin fee
- £60 contract renewal fee
All payments by card are charged. When I signed up in 2016 the tried to charge me £50 to pay my approx £1500 deposit + 1st month rent by card.
On top of this the agent who accompanied my viewing started their fees are £30. Basically they will lie to your face and avoid sending information in email. They require you to always come to their office to sign and pay cash.

Been tenants for over 15 years, this agent is by far the worst ever encountered. Money grabbing, awful bullying tactics.
