The worst experience ive had with any agency bar none. appalling unprofessional liars.
The agency let themselves into our property on more than one occasion without telling us, notifying us, and broke things and still wouldn't admit to it. When we moved in we were assured the house would be clean and habital. it was covered in black mould, none of the doors were on their hinges, we were told it was our responsibility to sort out the dampness of the property, and the fridge had no plug but just a live wire and a live wire hanging out of the wall touching the floor (incredibly dangerous) we lived there without a fridge for 5 days and struggled to get any money off rent for this. They replaced the fridge when it broke halfway through the tenancy, and then upon checkout are charging us for the fact there is another fridge in the property, even though they replaced it (With another dodgy second hand fridge). We paid to get the property professionally cleaned when we left it and without telling us they gave a contractor keys who trod mud and dirt through the house about 10 minutes before our check out, and they are attempting to keep our deposit because of this. - even though legally they shouldnt be allowed to touch our deposit. there are so many many more things they have done but I can't list them all. I would advice anyone to steer well and truly clear of these awful people.

On the whole they weren't the worst but they have poor communication and breached confidentiality. They charge a moving out fee too, which is unacceptable.
