Moments after signing all contract, Shaun threatened to stop the process after we asked to move in at 12am instead of 11am, not a joke at all.
Really distressing process, but in the end we just took his bad attitude on the chin and moved in at 11am.
Agency were very kind in the end after the mould problem, and offered a full refund of all fees without any fuss at all. It was nice to have a smooth outcome on this end as they could have easily disputed it.
