They completely enable the landlord to get away with not doing their job properly. They will give you the run around and just pretty much ignore any and all requests for repairs. I left a more detailed review on Google about our experience with CJ Hole bristol, but if you are cursed to have Rafal Lunitz as a property manager expect to be treated in the most unprofessional manner possible.
