Constantly entering the property without notice even after multiple emails telling them not to. House was left in poor condition upon arrival with many issues which were quite obvious such as broken fence, fallen down drainpipes, junk left around the house, broken or missing curtains/blinds etc. House was not professionally cleaned before arrival as promised. Garden sheds were left filled with junk. Took dozens of emails to get them to address important things. They did eventually address the more pressing issues after months of back and forth and they still didn't adress everything. If I had the time to take them up with the ombudsman and beyond I would. Would recommend to avoid.

Comfort letting’s agency fees were quite high, I don’t think the property is worth the prices they charged. Getting repairs done was a mixed bag, some were done very quickly and others were never fixed. Agency were difficult to communicate with and hardly ever replied to emails
