Poor service, unhelpful, take a long time to return calls/emails. Almost scuppered a move to another flat because they put me down as in rental arrears over 50 pence and wouldn't return my calls to explain. This shouldn't be an issue now givent the law change, but charged exorbitant admin fees and didn't mention them until the process was well down the line. Neer had an experience quite like it.
