service doest even deserve a 1 star. I'm not sure if it cause we are students but they aftern ignore our emails and take months to sort out maintenance issues. They left us for a week without a working boiler in the middle of winter .

Worst agency I have ever dealt with. Ridiculous fees, unwilling to help with any issues, dealt with a major sensitive issue horrendously, didn’t seem to have a clue about the property/our tenancy. Deposits unprotected and requested in cash. Avoid Hallam Hills at all cost.

They weren't ready on the day I'd arranged to move in, and asked me to come back the next day (I had my removal van with me so I had to move into a dirty flat). They took months to fix everything. They would promise to send someone over and then not; the "electrician" they eventually sent wasn't qualified; they would do shoddy repairs rather than replace broken doors/fittings. They didn't put my deposit in a scheme, and I had to threaten legal action to get it back. Bills were included in my rent, but they never paid them, so I was constantly getting final notice warnings from the electric company. They didn't turn up for check-out.
