Expensive and stole our deposit. Wouldnt pass on the money we had paid to the Landlord. Took too long doing anything. Told us at 6om on day we were moving in that we couldnt have the keys as they hadnt fnished referencing. Tried to get us to pay them in cash to be let into the property without telling landlord.
